An alternative to regular intersections #1138

Througways without intersections can, of course, also be build with Highways, but the following way to build this is much more beautiful, i think. I noticed that if there is a normal road next to a Highway the Sims use the normal road, and my idea pays attention to that fact because it makes the normal roads much more able to deal with much traffic.

At first you have to delete some tiles around the intersection. Now you have to raise the tile in the center 4 times.

Now enlarge the little hill about on tile to each side in the direction to the street that had to stay a normal road with vertical intersections. Then raise the other two sides to ramps, in the way you can see on the picture below. If you do not have that much place just lower the tile in the middle of the ramp one time.

The only task that is left is to build the streets. Do it in the way the picture below shows.

Now build the exits like in the picture below and you are ready!

It also works with 4-lane-streets and with bridges.
