SC3000.COM
Description
From AndromedaRoach- This is the starter town version of my SC3000.COM terrain. This town has way too many educational facilities. It does, however, have tons of unused landfills, coal power plants, and water pumps. It also has many neighbor connections, and you can use those you want. Be sure to re-zone areas more densely as the city grows. The only cheat I used was the starter town cheat, which I used to build the 300,000 Simoleons worth of structure. Have fun!
